Most times when I have seen dogs copulating, they are relatively quiet. Not sure why the ones you have around your neck of the woods are so vocal while mating. :)
Seriously though, barking dogs are an annoyance, for sure. But for me, it really is mostly only aggravating as hell when it occurs at night. After I am asleep, I can sleep through damn near anything.
Raining pretty good out there, that will shut the fucking dogs up.
