The little village of Bangs perks right up during Mayfest. Got there just as a little parade was going on, then went to the park where there was music and lots of different concessions. Took a picture of the band to post but seems I lost it. Checked all the food concessions but nothing appealed to me so I went home to make lunch.
They also have lots of yard sales and you tire of looking at stuff but I did get a nice two quart pot and a pretty butter dish.
