Please consider this... how are you currently helping yourself with this spewing of anger and rage? How are you honoring you deceased daughter and son with these actions? There is really no way this honors them, nor helps you. I would think that the most significant way you could help heal yourself or at least honor them is to try to do work that builds up people or communities. I sincerely ask you to consider my comments, and see if trying what I suggest doesn't reduce your pain, at least more than you think this denigrating of BBC helps you (which it truly cannot do).
