First turkey







My first mesquite smoked turkey turned out pretty good but it took four and a half hours to cook, gotta learn how to use the smoker better.

    That is a lovely turkey. Did you take a bite out of the other side? It would be a crime to stick it in the fridge without taking a bite.

    I didn't, wasn't hungry, others will get most of it.
