It is indeed nice... for a “hot rod” sort of mod. I tend to really like OEM (stock) restorations the best though.
I know you have said you primarily worked at you job on Fords... but did you ever do much if any work on any of the air cooled VWs? What is your opinion of those beasts?
Also, I am not good at telling dates on the really early Jeep/Willy vehicles.. do you know what year that one was/is? I am guessing perhaps a 1950? But, again, until the mid-late 60s on Jeep’s, I have trouble.

I once worked for a Ford dealer that also sold VW's and worked on them over the years. They were great little cars.
