I am also not particularly fond of sweet potato fries. The oil to me just diminishes the flavor of the sweet potato. I do really like sweet potatoes in a bunch of different ways, from baking plain, or with a brown sugar glaze or cubed in a sweet potato and regular potato salad, or even just mashed.
Not partial to sweet potato fries. I do enjoy mashed w/ lots of butter.

Tried them didn't care much for it. Tried the fried green tomatoes too yuck.
