I like the kids new home and neighborhood, it’s only three blocks from their old home but the lot is bigger and the home is a bit bigger also. It was built in 1960 but has been updated and is in nice shape other than needing a new roof. The back deck should also be redone but the home itself is pretty cozy and still has the old hardwood floors.
