Look at it this way, our forefathers knew what they were setting up was an experiment. There are no failed experiments; either the hypothesis is validated, or not. New questions arise, new hypotheses are made, and the experiments go on. Our government remains a social experiment, an experiment with lots of variables that are hard to control. This is who we are. Regardless of the comments made by foreign governments, we are continuing to succeed, simply by questioning and exploring new possibilities. Perhaps some other cultures cannot fathom the personal responsibilities we require from, and the great faith we try to have in the majority of our populace. It is our custom to learn and continue on. I like it this way. Consider it entertainment.
