Look at what I picked up….. An old White peddle sewing machine. The head appears to be in good mechanical condition, may just have to clean it up and oil it. The case is going to need some restoring but I only paid 20 bucks for it and they are so cool.
29 bucks for a simple upper radiator hose for the silver slut, the world is going fucking insane!!!! Screw that, I’ll pack a roll of grizzly tape with me.

A few days ago we moved the black bitch and the spare parts truck so Carrol could mow that area. Been about nine months since the black bitch was started so yesterday morning I put an old battery in her and jump started her. Started up pretty quick so we jumped in her and drove her around the area for a bit. It’s to bad she has a bad crankshaft cuz everything on her works, even the cruise control and A/C. It was pretty cool driving a stick shift around again for a bit but a rebuilt motor costs 3000 bucks and I’m not inclined to spend that much on a car I only paid 240 for. Maybe I should rethink that?

I got the car back together a few days ago and so far the transmission is working as it should, even though I didn’t really find anything wrong. While I had it apart I did install a new ignition switch and a throttle position sensor, just because of the age of the car. But now it is reporting that the ambient temperature sensor is out of whack. I swear, this car insists on having something wrong with it.
Some time today, I think, I’m going to fire up the new computer, hopefully I’ll be able to get back online okay and not just disappear in a puff of digital fluff.
