First turkey

My first mesquite smoked turkey turned out pretty good but it took four and a half hours to cook, gotta learn how to use the smoker better.

I went to Richland Springs, just cuz it is fucking there to go see. Kinda quaint little settlement bout 30 miles south on FM45. May never go back, been there, seen it, fuck it.

Blower motor

I like it when engineers aren’t being idiots. I may have to replace the heater/AC blower motor on my old Dodge. It won’t be too hard, just drop the glove box to get to it. At least I won’t have to take the whole assembly out.

Fucking leaves

My parking spot is under two big trees.
I removed the cowling at the bottom of my windshield to remove the leaves, the idiots didn't put a good screen over the heater/A/C air intakes.

As the leaves dry and break up they fall down into the heater/AC housing and it is a bitch to remove it to clean it out, these days you often have to remove the whole dash. I'm looking for some screen.

I miss the good old days when you could go into a hardware store and get just a foot of ¼ inch screen without having to buy a whole fucking roll. I only need two 4 X 18 inch pieces. I’ll find some somewhere.

I’m thinking I should paint the cowling while it is off, if I can find some paint for it that I can afford.

Two thoughts

#1…. Single female catholics need not go to confession for having sex with some men. Priests are there to listen to their sins, not their community service work.

But I guess it is okay if they wanna go brag some about their community service.

#2…. Walmart has better paving done than the city and state, maybe we should put Walmart in charge of our fucking roads.

Time

The few that don’t want to do some chores in the dark can adjust their own fucking clocks without expecting the rest of us too. Arizona and a few other states get by just fine without fucking with everyone’s clocks.

During forced time changes you are more likely to have a heart attack, get in wrecks, make mistakes, be depressed, etc.

Goddamn pilot light on the goddamn heater went out again.

Disappointed

Was looking forward too an Arby’s french dip sammich in Fort Worthless yesterday but was disappointed in it. The meat was fine but the bun was yuck and tough. Didn’t think much of their curly fries either.

I discovered that if I have female company once in a while that she may want a fucking glass for her beer so I went and bought two fucking glasses. Hey, I’ve lived alone for 20 years, I didn’t need no fucking glass. :-)
